Salon Policy
At Orvelle Nail Bar, we strive to ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their service. To maintain fairness and quality for all of our clients, please review the following policy:
All services must be paid for in full at the time they are completed.
● We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
● Only 1 drink for customer.
Refunds We have a NO REFUND policy once a service has been completed.
Complimentary Repairs or Adjustments If you are not satisfied with the quality of your nails or experience an issue, we offer free repairs or adjustments within 10 days of your service date.
To qualify for a complimentary corrective service:
● Please notify us at the time of your service or within 10 days after your service date.
● Regular manicures are not guaranteed, but we will touch up chips within 3 days of your service.
● Complimentary corrections are subject to management approval.
● Corrections will only be provided in cases of technical error by the nail technician (e.g., lifting, chipping, uneven finish).
● A change of mind regarding color (polish, gel, dip powder, etc.) 24 hours after the service is completed does not qualify for a complimentary redo.
● Repairs needed after 14 days or due to misuse (e.g., biting, trauma) may incur a fee.
